Import & Export Document Officer 1 Position
Job Duties / Responsibilities
1. Handling all export and import documentation procedure.
2. Coordinate with external organizations. (Forwarding agent, Shipping agent, Government)
3. Issuing the necessary documentation: Invoices, Packing Lists, Performa Invoices (PI), Packing Declaration (Fumigation), Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Form D, C/O or any.
4. Liaise with internal departments.

Qualifications
1. Vocational or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in a relevant business field.
2. At least 1-2 years' experience.
3. Required skill(s): Ms Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, SAP.
4. Required language(s): English, Thai.
5. High degree of accuracy, problem solving and communication skills.
